At RZLER PERFUME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and protective wrap to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
